Your school knows which students need to be added. We use its confirmed data to create their CHE records, including the relevant enrollment and transfer history. This can include students who attended but left before October 15 and are missing from the preload.
We check existing records before adding anything, verify the completed work, and provide a completion log with questions or exceptions for your team.
We compare CHE with your SIS and school rosters in both directions. We look for missing or unmatched students and possible duplicates, then review whether enrollment history, student details, program information, placements, and residency agree with your approved sources.
We flag discrepancies that could affect funding, add missing records, and make agreed corrections where permitted. You receive verified changes, a findings report, an approval-status snapshot, and clear next actions from one agreed reconciliation.
Alongside the initial reconciliation, we check district approvals each agreed business day through the named Fall CHE deadline. That includes records marked “District Not Approved” and records needing approval again after changes.
Routine school-confirmed updates, actionable alerts, and weekly reports keep your team informed from engagement through the deadline. The final handoff shows any outstanding actions. Full daily reports can be separately agreed.
Your school confirms source information and eligibility, manages supporting documents, and completes certification. District officials retain approval decisions. Our checks identify possible funding discrepancies; they do not guarantee a funding outcome.
